How It Works?

    Together with you, we choose a car or another vehicle.

  2. Vehicle Reservation

    A refundable $900 deposit is placed to reserve the vehicle.

  3. Payment for the Vehicle

    Payment is made according to the issued invoice from the USA via SWIFT transfer. The procedure takes 15 minutes.

  4. We Ship

    At this stage, the car is delivered to the port terminal, and detailed photographic documentation is created. The car is then loaded into a container and shipped to Ukraine. After shipment, transport services in the USA and delivery to Ukraine are paid.

  5. Spare Parts

    While the car is in transit, our specialists select and deliver the necessary spare parts.

  6. Welcome

    The container arrives at the port in Odessa, after which our forwarders, preparing all documents, open the container and prepare the car for "customs clearance."

  7. We Clear Customs

    Our customs agents will prepare all necessary documents, conduct inspections, and negotiate optimal conditions with customs authorities, allowing your car to clear customs in the shortest time and at the best price.

  8. Turnkey Repairs

    At the client's request, we organize "turnkey" repairs for the car.

  9. We Handle Formalities

    We obtain the compliance certificate and register the car in Ukraine.

    There are cases where the actual engine capacity differs from what is stated in the vehicle description.

    Knowledge of terminology and vehicle condition reports, as well as an experienced mechanic who assesses the degree of damage based on photos and provides an approximate repair cost, is helpful in such selection.

    The analysis is conducted using various services. This allows determining the actual market value and warns the client against excessive financial spending when purchasing.

  7. Checking Car Compliance with Euro 5 Standards

    Without compliance with these standards, car registration becomes significantly complicated.

The production date of the car must not be later than January 1, 2010.

The engine capacity should be up to 3000 cm³ for gasoline engines and up to 2500 cm³ for diesel engines.

The car must also comply with Euro 5 standards.

If we purchase the car as agreed with you and for some reason you cannot complete the payment, a penalty may apply, usually equal to the deposit amount.

However, if you cancel the purchase process before it begins, we will refund your deposit. If the car has already been purchased and you proceed with the payment, the deposit will be credited toward the vehicle payment or our services.

The delivery of a car from the USA to Ukraine is divided into two main stages: transport from the purchase location to the port in the USA and transport from the USA to Ukraine. We send cars from four ports in the USA. This logic aims to save on transportation costs to the port in the USA. The cost of such transport ranges from $200 to $700, depending on the distance from the state where the car was purchased. Our company strives to buy cars near the port, so these costs average $300-$350, and the delivery time to the port is only a few days.

As for shipping the car from the USA to Ukraine, costs and delivery times depend on the loading port.

Upon the car's arrival in Ukraine, the following services must be paid:
  • Car expedition, as well as brokerage services, with a total cost of $1200. This includes loading the car, its transport within the port, parking costs, and the cost of all necessary documents and expertise.
  • Customs fees. These average 35% of the car's value. The value of the car, from which the fees are calculated, is the sum of the cost of the car itself (including purchase-related fees) and the cost of transporting the car to Ukraine. We often conduct expertise to assess the car's value and LEGALLY! obtain a lower value than the estimated value, which is an additional bonus for our clients.
  • Delivery of the car to your city: $150-$200.
  • Repair costs - calculated individually.
  • Car certification - usually $300-$350. Note! There are a number of cars for which the certification cost can be as high as $1000!!! More information can be obtained from our specialists.
  • Initial registration of the car in Ukraine. Pension fund tax: for customs value of the car up to $9250 - 3%, up to $16600 - 4%, over $16600 - 5%. Service Center (MREO) fees - 2000 UAH.
